FAQ / direct answers

Before you cross the threshold.

01

Does submitting a request create an account?

No. A request enters an operator review queue. Access and credentials are only prepared after approval.

02

How do I check my application?

Use the private status reference issued after submission. The status page does not reveal account details or internal review notes.

03

Where does private work happen?

Private work stays in the separately hosted workspace approved for the counterparty. The public marketing site does not serve deal material.

04

Will one sign-in open every workspace?

No. Workspace identity, sessions, and permissions remain separated by the system responsible for that private environment.

05

Can we discuss a custom or enterprise setup?

Yes. Book a call to discuss questions, custom requirements, guided implementation, or a done-for-you setup.

06

What information should a request include?

Provide accurate company, role, contact, and use-case context. Specific context makes the review more useful and reduces unnecessary follow-up.

Still need context?
